1. What does success mean to you?
To me, success means achieving my personal goals and finding satisfaction in the work that I do. It is not necessarily about becoming famous or wealthy, but rather finding happiness and fulfillment in my endeavors.
2. Do you think everyone has the potential to be successful?
I believe that everyone has the potential for success, but it depends on their willingness to work hard and persevere through challenges. Success also varies from person to person; what might be considered successful for one individual may be different for another.
3. How important is money in achieving success?
In my opinion, money can play a role in achieving success, as it can provide resources and opportunities. However, it is not the only factor – hard work, determination, and perseverance are also important.

Q: Describe the most important success in your life so far. You should say:– When you achieved it

– Why it is so important to youA:When it comes to success in my life, I believe my education is the most important one so far. While I was in university, I met my husband and got married before even finishing my degree. Since then, despite having a family to care for, I have managed to obtain a degree with Honours, and subsequently was accepted on a post-graduate programme, which was quite difficult to get into.I believe the people who played the most prominent role in my success were my immediate family. Specifically, my parents were very supportive of all of my decisions. Aside from that, my spouse always provided me with the support I could possibly get from a husband.I have to say that one factor that contributed significantly to this success was my own determination, self-discipline, time management, and also the uncompromising goals that I set for myself. These are the ones that have got me here today.In my opinion, it’s very important to feel successful in an area that you choose – which was, in my case, education. This success has opened various opportunities for me, and many more in the future. For instance, I know that I will be financially independent and that I will have a sense of achievement incomparable to anything else.
IELTS Speaking Success – Part 3
1. How important is goal-setting in your life?
To me, it is extremely important. If you don’t set specific, measurable, and achievable goals, then you may as well stop what you are doing. Without an idea of anything to pursue in life, you will soon lose track of what you’ve been up to – along with what else needs to be done. Sooner or later, this will lead to destructive disorganisation, and at the end of the day, you probably will end up without enough time to achieve what you set out to reach. Hence, I believe everyone should spend time mapping out a list of life purposes, and working hard to make them come true.
2. Do you consider yourself a success?
I do consider myself successful in certain aspects of my life, such as education and career. However, there are still many areas where I am striving for success – for example, being a better wife and mother. So overall, I believe that success is a continual process, and one should always aim to improve upon themselves.
3. In your opinion, is it important for society to celebrate individuals who have achieved success?
I believe it can be beneficial at times to celebrate successful individuals in society – it serves as an inspiration and motivation for others to also strive towards their own goals. However, this should not come at the expense of those who may not be considered “successful” by societal standards. Everyone deserves equal respect and recognition regardless of their accomplishments. Additionally, success should not be defined by materialistic measures or status – it can also come in the form of personal growth and fulfillment. Therefore, as a society, we should celebrate all types of achievements and successes.
