Introduction: paraphrase đề bài, ủng hộ good teaching.
Body paragraph 1: thừa nhận vai trò của năng lực bẩm sinh: Thiên tài thường tiếp thu kiến thức nhanh hơn, thậm chí có thể đưa ra lời giải tốt hơn các thầy cô giáo.
Ví dụ: có rất nhiều học sinh đạt được giải quốc tế, được điểm IELTS cao khi mới học cấp 3, trong khi nhiều thầy cô chưa chắc đã tự làm được. Thiên tài có sự tò mò với vạn vật, vì vậy họ dễ đưa ra những kết luận bất ngờ.
Ví dụ: nhiều người bị trái táo rơi trúng đầu, nhưng chỉ có Newton liên tưởng việc táo rơi với sự tồn tại của luật hấp dẫn.
Body paragraph 2: vai trò của giảng dạy (good teaching): Thiên tài bị ảnh hưởng rất nhiều bởi môi trường và những người xung quanh họ; hai thứ này định hình tam quan của họ. Đứa trẻ nào cũng từng trải qua giai đoạn học bảng chữ cái, học từ vựng qua sách truyện trước khi chiến thắng các cuộc thi quốc tế. Người đi trước có thể hướng dẫn và truyền cảm hứng cho các thiên tài ở thế hệ sau trở thành người giỏi và người tử tế cùng một lúc. Bản thân thiên tài đã khác người, vì vậy họ cần những lời khuyên như vậy để gây ấn tượng trong các vòng phỏng vấn tuyển sinh. Sự nuôi dạy và hướng dẫn tích cực từ cha mẹ, thầy cô, và mọi người xung quanh sẽ là động lực để thiên tài vượt qua khó khăn.
Ví dụ: học sinh giỏi ở các trường đại học danh tiếng dễ bị áp lực học tập đè nén, họ cần sự động viên và góp ý để có thể hoàn thành chương trình một cách xuất sắc.
Conclusion: khẳng định lại ý kiến ở Introduction.

In this day and age, academic achievements are becoming more and more critical in appraising one’s performance. There is a typical school of thought that good teachers play a more crucial role than natural talents, and I entirely concur with this view.
Admittedly, there are a few reasons why innate abilities matter in achieving excellent study records. Firstly, students born with high intelligence advance in absorbing knowledge faster than ordinary ones; sometimes, they can make better analyses and draw more efficient solutions for the presented problems than the teachers. It is common for Vietnamese high school students to achieve distinctive scores in international foreign language tests, such as IELTS, which many others need help to get. Secondly, naturally intelligent people are usually full of curiosity about the things happening around them, which later becomes a catalyst for astonishing results. A typical example is that among many people who experienced apples hitting their heads, Issac Newton is the only one who connected the falling of apples to the presence of gravity, one of the most significant milestones in physics history.
However, in retrospect, successful gifted students are much supported by more experienced people and the environments from which they came. Despite having inherited genes for studying, geniuses must have undergone formative years when the older’s guidance shaped their basics of the world. Without teachers’ or parents’ efforts to break down complex concepts early in their childhood, for example, the alphabet nursery rhymes or the grammar in bedtime stories, even excellent language students may take a long time before winning international competitions. Moreover, guidance from exemplary predecessors can impart solid moral lessons, which later inspires the younger and more intellectual generation to become equally extraordinary scholars and decent people. Being out of the ordinary sometimes may prevent them from mingling with society, so these pieces of advice can help them gain additional scores during university admission interviews. Besides the foundational common sense, positive parenting or encouraging teaching will greatly motivate people in difficult times, whether they were born with extraordinary abilities or not. A prominent example could be seen at many prestigious universities. From the standpoint of top-notch undergraduates, the immense pressure from maintaining high scores can sometimes detriment their mental health, leading to unusually worse performance than expected. Therefore, the tremendous encouragement and empathy from their loved ones and the meticulous comments from their tutoring professors contribute mainly to their valedictorian future.
In conclusion, while inborn talents are an indispensable part of the formula for high study performance, they still need high-quality teaching to develop completely and produce further good results.
